📦 Returns & Exchanges

At Mukvi Attire, we are committed to providing top-tier products. If you happen to receive a damaged item or one that does not match your order, we're here to help. Kindly read our policy guidelines below:

🔁 Returns

• If you're not satisfied with the fit or product, you may request a return.

• A nominal return fee of ₹100 per product will be charged to cover logistics.

• Products must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with tags intact.

🚫 Damaged or Incorrect Product

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please share the return along with your order number.

• Upon verification, we will quickly send a replacement at no extra charge.

🔄 Exchange Policy

We do not offer refunds, but exchanges for size adjustments are available under the following conditions:

• Requests must be made within 48 hours (2 working days) of delivery.

• Exchange shipping fees apply.

• Email us at mukviattirehelp@gmail.com with your order number and exchange request.

• Customers must return the product themselves; reverse pickup is not available.

• Use a traceable courier service and obtain an acknowledgment receipt.

• Returned items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging.

Include in the parcel:

• Your name, address, email ID, and desired size for the exchange.

❗ Please Note:

• Only one exchange per order is permitted.

• Exchanges are valid for the same product (equal value); additional shipping charges may apply.

• Prepaid Orders cannot be canceled.

• COD Orders can be canceled within 24 hours by emailing us at mukviattirehelp@gmail.com.

🎟️ Credit Notes for Unavailable Sizes

If the requested size is unavailable, we will issue a credit note, redeemable at www.mukviattire.com within 30 days.

🔁 Partial Order Exchanges

If only part of your order is eligible, you can still initiate an exchange within 48 hours.

📏 Fit Issues

For any size concerns, email us within 48 hours of delivery. If your preferred size is unavailable, we’ll issue a credit note.

🚫 Exchanges/Returns Not Accepted For:

• Dissatisfaction with material or color tone—please refer to product images and descriptions carefully.

• Minor color variations (10–12%) due to lighting or screen display.

• Products that are worn, washed, or show signs of use.

• Items purchased during sale or clearance periods.
